Dalmut develops brands that must work in the real world: on a responsive website, inside a proposal, across social media, on an exhibition panel and in the hands of another designer months later. We need a senior designer who can turn positioning into a coherent visual system and protect that system through detailed production. The role is not limited to logo concepts, and visual novelty is not a substitute for business clarity.
The work you will own
You will contribute to new identities, rebrands, campaign systems, company profiles, presentation design, social templates, marketing collateral and website art direction. Projects range from UAE service companies and technology businesses to real estate, ecommerce, professional services and creative brands. Each requires a different visual language while maintaining the premium, intelligent and commercially credible standard expected from Dalmut.
You will review strategy and content before designing. You should be able to identify the core idea, create a strong hierarchy and test a concept across realistic applications. A successful identity must remain recognizable in color, monochrome, small digital sizes, large production and future content created by other people.
Core responsibilities
- Translate positioning, audience and brand personality into distinctive visual directions.
- Develop logo systems, responsive marks, color, typography, graphic elements, iconography and imagery rules.
- Present concepts through realistic applications rather than decorative mood boards alone.
- Create company profiles, capability decks, proposals and presentation systems with clear information hierarchy.
- Design digital campaign, social, outdoor, event and activation assets using channel-appropriate composition.
- Prepare clean production files, naming, variants, export formats and usage guidance.
- Collaborate with web and product teams so the identity remains consistent and accessible in interface components.
- Review supplier or junior-designer outputs and give precise, constructive direction.
Visual standard and judgment
The strongest candidate understands restraint. Premium design depends on proportion, spacing, typography, material, photography and consistency—not adding effects to every surface. You should know when a concept is too dark, too generic, too dependent on AI imagery or too difficult to reproduce. You must also be able to defend a simpler solution when it communicates the business more effectively.
Real client work must remain real. Approved logos cannot be redrawn differently in every post, project interfaces cannot be replaced with invented companies and model or product imagery cannot be fabricated as evidence. Conceptual image generation may support abstract backgrounds, but authentic project material, licensed photography and exact identity assets take priority.
Required experience
- A portfolio showing complete identity systems and commercial applications, not only isolated logos.
- Advanced typography, grid, composition, color and production knowledge.
- Strong Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent professional design workflow.
- Experience preparing scalable vector, transparent, print-ready and digital asset packages.
- Ability to work with detailed feedback and maintain consistency across many formats.
- Clear English communication and confidence presenting design rationale to business stakeholders.
Useful additional experience
- Website art direction, design systems or UI collaboration.
- Presentation, report and company-profile design for B2B or institutional audiences.
- Motion graphics, video art direction, photography production or campaign adaptation.
- Arabic typography coordination and right-to-left design awareness.
- UAE production, exhibition, outdoor, packaging or supplier experience.
How we work together
Dalmut uses defined brand strategy, concept checkpoints and real-application review. You will receive the business context and approved goals, then develop directions that can be explained and tested. Final delivery includes organized masters and practical rules. We prefer designers who solve the whole system rather than disappearing after one attractive presentation.
This role can begin with project assignments and develop into ongoing collaboration. Deadlines and review rounds are agreed before work begins. Client information and unpublished concepts are confidential. All fonts, imagery, mockups and third-party assets must be licensed for the intended use.
Application requirements
- A portfolio link with at least three complete brand systems.
- A short explanation of your role, process and final deliverables for each selected project.
- Examples of presentation, website or campaign application beyond the logo.
- Your software, location, availability and typical commercial arrangement.
- One example of how you corrected an identity that was visually attractive but commercially ineffective.
Quality and commercial judgement
Dalmut expects senior specialists to make work easier to review, maintain and improve. The role is not limited to completing assigned tasks; it includes identifying missing context, documenting decisions and protecting the credibility of the final client experience.
- Evaluate design in real applications such as navigation, proposals, social campaigns and mobile layouts—not only presentation boards.
- Protect approved logos and client identities from careless redrawing, inconsistent variants or generic AI replacement.
- Explain visual decisions through audience, hierarchy, production and brand-recognition logic.
