Business challenge

Present several service categories under one brand while helping users reach the right team quickly.

The requirement was not treated as a visual homepage exercise. The structure had to help the intended customer understand relevance, compare the offer, find credible evidence and reach an appropriate next step on mobile and desktop.

Dalmut response

Create a category-led structure with clear service pages, local context and direct conversion actions.

The implementation connected page hierarchy, reusable content, customer journeys, conversion actions and a maintainable platform structure. The public website may continue to change after handover; this portfolio record describes the approved project direction and visible evidence available at publication.

Customer journey

What the interface helps the visitor do.

The sequence reflects this project’s actual business type and public platform—not a generic agency framework.

  1. 01

Choose cleaning, maintenance, handyman, pest control or interior support.

  2. 02

Understand scope, service area and what information is needed.

  3. 03

Reach the correct team through a mobile-first enquiry or WhatsApp route.

Content and platform architecture

How the project supports clarity and future growth.

Dubai and Sharjah service content should avoid overlapping pages and clearly distinguish cleaning, maintenance, pest-control and interior search intent.

Category-led navigation for a broad home-care offer.

Service pages connected to areas, property types and supporting content.

One consistent brand and conversion system across multiple divisions.

Evidence and publication boundary

What this project page can responsibly claim.

Brand names, addresses and public business details should be kept consistent across all pages before final launch.

Performance, revenue, ranking, customer-count or conversion figures are added only when the client supplies current evidence and approves publication. The website interface and documented delivery scope are the current proof.

Recommended improvement roadmap

Priorities that should follow real usage evidence.

  • Standardize the public company name, address and service terminology.
  • Replace generic or inconsistent imagery with approved service evidence.
  • Use enquiry data to simplify categories and improve local landing pages.
