Business challenge

Bring fragmented travel providers and offers into one discoverable platform.

The requirement was not treated as a visual homepage exercise. The structure had to help the intended customer understand relevance, compare the offer, find credible evidence and reach an appropriate next step on mobile and desktop.

Dalmut response

Create a search-led directory with business, vendor, package and customer journeys.

The implementation connected page hierarchy, reusable content, customer journeys, conversion actions and a maintainable platform structure. The public website may continue to change after handover; this portfolio record describes the approved project direction and visible evidence available at publication.

Customer journey

What the interface helps the visitor do.

The sequence reflects this project’s actual business type and public platform—not a generic agency framework.

  1. 01

Search for a travel agency, tour operator, package or study-abroad provider.

  2. 02

Compare provider location, category and approved business information.

  3. 03

Contact the vendor or take the relevant customer/account action.

Content and platform architecture

How the project supports clarity and future growth.

Pakistan travel directory pages should be indexed according to real vendor and package value, with clear responsibility for availability and commercial terms.

Business, vendor, package and location records connected through search.

Separate customer and vendor onboarding paths.

Scalable directory structure for categories and regional content.

Evidence and publication boundary

What this project page can responsibly claim.

Vendor verification, package availability and commercial terms remain the responsibility of participating businesses.

Performance, revenue, ranking, customer-count or conversion figures are added only when the client supplies current evidence and approves publication. The website interface and documented delivery scope are the current proof.

Recommended improvement roadmap

Priorities that should follow real usage evidence.

  • Define vendor verification and listing-quality requirements.
  • Improve package freshness, expiration and provider ownership.
  • Use search logs to prioritize supply and category content.
