Business challenge

Bring services, jobs, profiles and multi-country expansion into one understandable marketplace experience.

The requirement was not treated as a visual homepage exercise. The structure had to help the intended customer understand relevance, compare the offer, find credible evidence and reach an appropriate next step on mobile and desktop.

Dalmut response

Create a modular platform around category discovery, search, user roles, listings and clear marketplace calls to action.

The implementation connected page hierarchy, reusable content, customer journeys, conversion actions and a maintainable platform structure. The public website may continue to change after handover; this portfolio record describes the approved project direction and visible evidence available at publication.

Customer journey

What the interface helps the visitor do.

The sequence reflects this project’s actual business type and public platform—not a generic agency framework.

  1. 01

Choose whether to buy a service, find talent or post a job.

  2. 02

Filter by category, market and provider type before opening a profile or listing.

  3. 03

Move from discovery to a clear enquiry, account or publishing action.

Content and platform architecture

How the project supports clarity and future growth.

Regional service, freelancer and job pages should be indexable only when they contain real listings, useful market context and controlled duplication.

Separate buyer, freelancer, agency and job-poster journeys.

Reusable categories and listing records for regional growth.

Search, profiles, services and jobs connected through one marketplace taxonomy.

Evidence and publication boundary

What this project page can responsibly claim.

Public screenshots are used as authentic project evidence. Marketplace claims and user figures require current platform verification before publication.

Performance, revenue, ranking, customer-count or conversion figures are added only when the client supplies current evidence and approves publication. The website interface and documented delivery scope are the current proof.

Recommended improvement roadmap

Priorities that should follow real usage evidence.

  • Replace unverified marketplace totals with live database figures or remove them.
  • Strengthen trust, verification, dispute and moderation information.
  • Improve onboarding completion, search quality and marketplace analytics.
